Rancang Privacy Policy
Data Collected and Its Purposes
Rancang may collect and process account information such as your email address, display name, avatar color, and authentication identifiers to create your account, sign you in, show your profile, and support collaboration features.
Rancang may collect calendar, event, task, group, invitation, role, and sharing data that you create or modify. This data is used to provide scheduling, task management, reminders, shared calendars, groups, QR or link invitations, and collaboration features.
Rancang may process basic technical logs from service providers to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.
Offline Device Storage
Rancang stores some account-specific data on your device or browser so the app can load faster and continue working offline. This may include cached calendars, events, tasks, sync metadata, and pending offline changes. Pending changes are synced when connectivity returns. Signing out or deleting your account clears account-specific local app data where supported.
Supabase, Vercel, and Google Service Usage
Rancang uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, access controls, realtime updates, and account management. Rancang uses Vercel for hosting the web app and server-side API routes. Rancang uses Google services only when you choose Google sign-in or connect Google Calendar.
Google Calendar Permissions and Data Handling
Google Calendar access is optional and separate from normal account sign-in. If you connect Google Calendar, Rancang requests the permissions needed to import, display, create, update, delete, or sync calendar events according to actions you take in the app.
Google Calendar tokens are used only to provide connected calendar functionality. Rancang does not sell Google user data, does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and does not transfer Google Calendar data except as needed to provide or improve user-facing calendar sync features, comply with law, or protect the app.
Data Sharing and Security
Rancang does not sell your personal information. Calendar, task, profile, invitation, and group data may be visible to other users only when you share calendars, join groups, accept invitations, or collaborate with them.
Rancang uses authentication, HTTPS, Supabase row-level security policies, access controls, and token protection practices designed to protect your data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but access is limited based on account, calendar, group, and role permissions.
Data Retention
Rancang keeps account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some limited records may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or service operations. Backup copies may take longer to expire from routine backup systems.
Account and Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your Rancang account from inside the app by signing in, opening Menu, going to Settings, choosing Delete Account, typing your Rancang username exactly as shown, and selecting Delete my account.
If you cannot access your account, contact kamibantu236@gmail.com from the email address used for your Rancang account and include the words "Rancang account deletion".

Changes to This Policy
Savytech may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements, or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
