Rancang Account Deletion

This page is publicly accessible without signing in.

Rancang users can delete their account and associated app data from inside the app. If you cannot access your account, you can also request deletion by contacting Savytech at kamibantu236@gmail.com.

How to Delete Your Account In App

1. Open Rancang and sign in to your account.
2. Open Menu, then go to Settings, then Delete Account.
3. Type your Rancang username exactly as shown to confirm deletion.
4. Select Delete my account.

If You Cannot Sign In

Send a deletion request from the email address used for your Rancang account and include the words "Rancang account deletion". We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting account data.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your Rancang profile information.
• Your owned calendars, events, tasks, groups, invitations, and sharing records where deletion is technically and safely possible.
• Google Calendar connection tokens stored by Rancang, if you connected Google Calendar.
• Account-specific app records used for collaboration, sync, and offline queue processing.

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or service operations. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
